PCI Community Meeting in Boston was a great opportunity for us to meet our customers and establish new valuable relationships - as well as source feedback for our feature development. In the meantime, our engineering team has continued work on improvements, bugfixes, and introducing new features, such as the new version of the PCI DSS standard, 4.0.1.
Bug fixes & improvements:
- RFT (Requirement Filtering Template) improvement - Customizable 'Not tested' Message,
- Better audit capabilities for the management plane actions,
- Project cloning improvement - force "Waiting for QSA" status for cloned items,
- v4.0+ - Section 2.1 - Auto-populate payment channel info. Add card-present channel type,
- Added boilerplate text for N/A items on Merchant Projects,
- Fixed display for project breadcrumbs,
- Fixed header size in the ToC section,
- Made re-opening a Closed project a Multi-Party approval (MPA) action,
- MPA improvement: send a notification to a Requester on an Approver decision,
- UI improvement: display QSA sub-role (lead / QA / reviewer) in requirement assignments,
- Made default sample set prefix configurable at the project level,
- Major refactoring of the Not Applicable / Override / N/A reason logic for the multi-payment-channel projects,
- UI improvement: display project version circle on all pages,
- System evidence: Allow attaching same entry to multiple channels,
- RFTs: unique name constraints added,
- Added sub-role selector to the create project screen,
- Project status - merged "Inactive" and "Closed" into one,
- Fixed confusing template naming for exported spreadsheets in section 4.5.
