New features added and issues addressed in the TurboQSA product. October 2024.

In the aftermath of the PCI Community Meeting in Boston, our team has prioritized work on new features and improvements requested by our customers. We've had a number of productive workshop sessions, resulting in reimagining of our Scope Builder feature, handling of evidences, and reporting capabilities. We have also continued work on introducing the new version of the PCI DSS standard, 4.0.1.

Bug fixes & improvements:

  • "Not Applicable" response overrides UI and UX significantly refactored for Multi-Channel scenarios. Removed 'All Channels' checkbox. Now responses can be add individually for each channel if needed.
  • Single channel N/A handling improved
  • UI: Display project ROC version icon on all pages
  • System evidence: Allow attaching same entry to multiple channels
  • Fixed multiple RFTs with the same name, uniqueness constraint added
  • Fixed Filtering Clients by Company in the Clients screen
  • Fixed Interview details view from the 'My Interviews' tab
  • Fixed Assessment Finding override
  • UI improvement: Show if evidence is already selected for the channel
  • Fix sub-role (Reviewer / Lead QSA) assignment selector missing on the "Create project" screen
  • Allow admin to edit user's title and organization
  • Project Progress calculation improvements
  • Bulk Contacts handling: Auto-add contacts and invite Executive Client Representatives when importing Excel file
  • Fix for Interview Items status: Items with past interviews no longer shown as not started.
  • Converting contact to client: Fill additional information to ensure parity between Contacts and Client Users
  • UI improvements for RFT Screen, restyling and Help/Guidance section
  • UI improvement: Don't display redundant requirement assignees in subtrees
  • Fixed section 1.1 with non-ISA Client users listed as ISAs
  • Fixed issue with table import - Table rows duplicated on import. Ignore new rows if full duplicate already exists.
  • Responsibility areas page - requirements list added to disambiguate the concept of responsibility areas
  • Reference number assignment logic changed to better support bulk evidence operations

New Features:

  • Allow Executive Client Representatives to invite client users from contact list
  • Implemented Full project clone option including different client, AOCs, interviews etc for Special Case engagements. Feature is controlled by a feature flag and requires additional confirmation.
  • Full Azure support implemented to supplement our AWS deployment model
