Bug fixes & improvements:
- Fix for the 4.0.1 r3 - Make Defined and Customized Approaches available for v4.0.1 r3
- System and observation evidence: Fix issues with deleting/managing of evidences
- System and observation evidence: enhance numbering convention, re-use released reference numbers
- Email Settings enhancements - Sender address among other things can be configured in the Global Settings
- Fix for reference numbers not starting from 1
- Fix for Sample Sets sorting in the list in the UI / in the Word doc
- Granted AQSA full control over Evidence, Sample Sets and other entries
- Update the "Look Up" feature to support ROC v4, observation and system evidence, better navigation to other project responses,

- Documentation Evidence, Section 6.4 configurability - option to only include documents used and referenced in responses, for the purposes of table 6.4 of PCI-DSS ROC v4.0.1
- Quick approval feature: single click convenience for everyone involved on the assessment
