December was all about closing the year and working towards addressing feedback and feature requests from our customers. Here is what we've been able to accomplish:

Bug fixes & improvements:

  • User inbox: Limit display for the oldest messages, show without limit if unread
  • Fixed: executive client representative not able to import contacts
  • List interview notes attachments in workpapers (Excel and Docx exports)
  • Improvements for Support Requests workflows
  • Major improvements to the VM initialization process for Azure
  • Interview: Allow adding items marked N/A by RFT, allow adding items if there are no attendees
  • Autofill section 2.1 Payment Channels checkbox
  • Fixed evidence edit feature
  • Added a feature flag to allow multi-tenancy for client instances
  • More noticeable "Save Response" button
  • UI improvement: Filter and sorting for project evidence page
  • Project Details Dashboard improvements
  • Global option added for notifications for interviews
  • Project evidence: Added file usage filter

New Features:

  • Mentor Review workflow for Associate QSA to help better track all the inputs made by the Associate QSAs, enabling "Waiting for mentor" and "Ready for mentor review" statuses and validation
  • Pagination, filter and content details added to the for email log
