Tech Blog - December 2023

Our main focus in the month of December 2023 was the upcoming December release. The release went live and distributed to our clients on December 18th. Here are some of the notable features and fixes included with the new version:

Bug fixes & improvements:

• Custom RFT report filtering bug fixed.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) auto-complete restricted.
• Multiple rendering fixes for AoCs
• Non-Service Provider engagements - Render items with "Not Applicable For This Project Type" correctly
• Data validation improvements for table data import.
• Phone number rendering format unification for ROC and AoC
• Evidences screen - deduplication logic implemented to correctly render duplicate uploads.
• Evidences screen - "remove evidence" button enabled for QSA
• Performance improvements for projects with multiple interviews
• Improved handling of "empty" Custom RFTs when those are used for outsourced payment channels
• Improvements to phone number formatting in the UI

New Features:

• Excel export and import for v3.2.1 and v4.0 ROC table sections.
• Full text search across multiple PCI DSS ROCs in TurboQSA. Search feature is available on the projects list screen.
• Custom RFTs per Client. Based on customer's requests, this feature allows QSA to restrict some Requirement Filter Templates (RFTs) to a particular client / engagement.
• Calendar file (ICS) import for the TurboQSA Interviews feature - schedule your interviews outside of TurboQSA and maintain smart agenda and interview evidence inside the TurboQSA
• Global Admin feature - control your database backups from the TurboQSA Global Administrator UI
• New configuration option - add more details to responses, e.g. include both Interview Reference Number and description
